Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Zeeza ("Zeeza", "we", "us", "our") is a personal, adaptive learning application operated by DVC ADVISORY COMPANY SPC. This policy explains what information we handle, why, and the choices you have. Questions? Email us at hi@zeeza.ai.
2. The short version
- We ask for as little as possible, and deliver value before asking you to create an account.
- We use your information to run Zeeza and personalize your learning — nothing else.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to advertise to you.
- Only anonymized, aggregated patterns — never your identifiable data — improve how we teach.
- You can access, correct, export, or delete your information at any time, from inside the app.
3. The information we handle
Account information. If you create an account, we handle your email. Sign in with Google or Apple and we receive a basic identifier and email to sign you in — never your password.
Profile & setup answers. Things like your country, grade or level, the subject you study, a display name, and how you prefer to learn. You can change these anytime.
Your learning activity. The journeys you play, your answers and progress, and mastery signals — this is what lets Zeeza adapt to you. It is measured only against your own past activity, never against other people.
Material you upload. Anything you upload to build a journey is stored privately to your account and never mixed into shared curriculum or shown to others.
Technical information. Basic data to operate and secure the app — app version, general device type, error logs. We do not build advertising profiles or track you across other apps.
4. How we use it
Only to: provide the Service and keep you signed in; personalize your journeys; let you resume and see your own progress; build journeys from your uploads; keep the Service secure; and improve how we teach using only anonymized, aggregated patterns. We do not advertise to you, and we do not sell your information.
5. Sharing
We never sell your personal information. We use a few trusted providers only to make Zeeza work: Supabase (hosting, database, auth, storage), Anthropic (the AI that composes journeys — including from your uploads, for that purpose only), and Google/Apple (only if you sign in with them). We may disclose information if legally required, or to protect our users and the Service.
6. Keeping & deleting
We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account any time (Profile → Delete account), and we permanently delete your account and associated personal information, keeping only what the law strictly requires.
7. Your rights
Wherever you are, you can access, correct, export, and delete your information — from inside Zeeza or by emailing hi@zeeza.ai. You may have additional rights under local law. We won't treat you differently for exercising them.
8. Security
We protect your information with access controls, encryption in transit, and provider-level safeguards, and limit who can reach it to what's strictly necessary.
9. Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date and, for meaningful changes, tell you inside the app.
