Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These Terms are an agreement between you and DVC ADVISORY COMPANY SPC governing your use of the Zeeza application and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. What Zeeza is
Zeeza is a personal, adaptive learning tool. It composes and adapts learning journeys — from a curriculum or from material you provide. Journeys are generated automatically with the help of artificial intelligence.
3. Your account
Zeeza requires an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. If you sign in through Google or Apple, their terms also apply. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service unlawfully; don't upload material you don't have the right to use or that is illegal or infringing; don't disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access; don't resell or commercially exploit the Service without our permission. We may suspend access that violates these Terms.
5. Material you upload
You keep ownership of what you upload, and grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you. Your uploads are private to your account and can be deleted from inside the app.
6. Automatically generated content
Learning journeys are composed automatically using AI. They are a learning aid and may contain errors; they are not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, financial, or other expert advice.
7. Plans & payment
Zeeza has a free tier, a paid plan called Plus, and one-time journey packs. Plus is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly: the price and term are shown before you confirm, it renews for the same term unless you turn auto-renewal off at least 24 hours before the term ends, and you manage or cancel it in your Apple or Google account settings — deleting the app does not cancel it. Refunds for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google. Journey packs never renew and never expire. On the web, a purchase is a single payment taken by MyFatoorah and does not renew. We will never interrupt a learning journey in progress to ask for payment.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law & changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Kuwait. If we change these Terms we'll update the date and, for meaningful changes, tell you inside the app.
